While waiting for medical help to arrive, use an EpiPen according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This typically involves removing the safety cap, inserting the device into the outer thigh, and pressing down firmly until the device clicks. Do not use the same EpiPen for more than one injection, as it may not function properly.
