The vents should be sized according to the building’s ventilation needs, with a general rule of thumb being 1 square foot of ventilation per 100 square feet of floor space. Additionally, builders should ensure that the cabin’s foundation is properly graded to direct water away from the structure, and that the roof is designed to allow for adequate airflow and drainage.
