For example, a 60-degree angle would provide about 75-80% of the energy production of a traditional south-facing panel, making it a viable option for limited space.

Bifacial and Monofacial Panels

Bifacial solar panels can also be used in vertical installations, where they can harness energy from both the front and back sides of the panel. Since bifacial panels can generate up to 25% more energy than traditional monofacial panels, they may be a better choice for areas with high ambient light, such as near reflective surfaces or on the ground. However, bifacial panels require specialized installation and mounting systems to ensure optimal energy production.
